Ignite, an RDF Media Group initiative targeted at emerging UK based businesses involved in the creation and exploitation of audiovisual content, is delighted to announce its first investment.

Ignite will offer a package of capital investment plus optional support services to independent production company Blast! Films and in return RDF will become a minority shareholder, leaving the existing Managing Director Ed Coulthard in control. In is hoped that Blast! Films will be able to benefit from RDF’s proven track record in developing companies from small beginnings to valuable industry players. Sue Oriel, Investment Director, Ignite has joined the board of Blast! Films.
