• Turnover up 57% to £37.5m (2005: £23.8m)
• Gross profit up 77% to £11.5m (2005: £6.5m)
• Profit before tax, float costs and FRS 20 charge up 46% to £2.2m (2005: £1.5m)
• Profits from rights exploitation up 53%
• Cash inflow from operating activities £3.5m (2005: £nil)

• Two UK acquisitions (Foundation and The Comedy Unit) extend genre coverage to children’s and comedy
• Organic growth in core UK TV production business with gross profits up 30%
• Growth of production business with BBC
• RDF USA announces three new commissions
• US rights business Pangea Management launched
• RDF Rights continues to increase number of clients, catalogue hours and genres
