RDF Media Group rebrands & restructures for growth

RDF Media Group, a leading UK independent television production and distribution company, today launched a new company structure and identity across its entire portfolio of businesses.

RDF Media Group is the AIM listed holding company comprising content creating production companies and rights maximisation businesses. RDF Media Group is restructuring its businesses into two core areas of activity: RDF Content and RDF Rights. The core proposition of the RDF Media Group is described as ‘delivering quality content and maximising its commercial value.’

RDF Content comprises: multi award-winning RDF Media which is rebranding as RDF Television; IWC Media, the Scottish production company behind hit Channel 4 show Location Location Location; Presentable, a Welsh production company responsible for the TV poker boom; Radar with an expertise in original entertainment programming; RDF USA, the Group’s US production entity with offices in LA & New York and Touchpaper Television, the Group’s drama arm.

RDF Rights comprises: Pangea Management, a LA-based management firm representing European producers rights in the US; RDF Management, a UK talent agency and RDF Rights, one of the fastest growing UK distributors.

A new identity has been created for the RDF Media Group which will be used in conjunction with all the subsidiary company brands and the RDF–named entities also launch brand new logos today.

The Group continues to be headed up by Chief Executive David Frank. Chief Creative Officer Stephen Lambert heads up a newly created content board focused on editorial output group wide.

The new visual identity was created by corporate identity company williamjoseph, working in close collaboration with RDF’s in-house marketing team.
