RDF, a leading UK independent television production and distribution company, is delighted to announce the appointment of Debbie Manners as Commercial Director.

Debbie joins the Group from Flextech Television where she held the position of Director of Rights. Debbie has overseen all rights negotiations for acquired and commissioned programming for all channels within Flextech’s portfolio (Living TV, Bravo, Trouble, Challenge and ftn). Debbie will continue in her role at Flextech until the summer.

Debbie joins RDF with a brief to maximise revenue’s from exploitation of RDF’s intellectual property and brand values across the group; including establishing relationships with the advertising community and new media platforms.

Prior to Flextech Debbie was Director of Rights and Business Affairs for the BBC responsible for the management of all content deals throughout the BBC. During her time in this role Debbie completed the BBC’s terms of trade negotiations with PACT and implemented them across the BBC.
