RDF Media Group announces senior Radar appointments

RDF Media Group plc is pleased to announce two senior appointments at its subsidiary company, Radar, which it acquired in 2005.

Simon London and Steph Harris will be joining Radar as Creative Directors from TalkbackTHAMES, where they held the positions of Editor, Comedy Entertainment and Editor, Factual Entertainment respectively. They will take a shareholding in the company and will join in March.

Radar is an independent producer of innovative entertainment programming founded in 2002. RDF Media Group acquired a 35 percent stake at its inception and acquired the remaining 65 percent in December 2005. Radar has produced programmes such as the multi-award-winning Banzai, Hercules, Experimental and The 50 Greatest Documentaries for broadcasters including BBC, Sky, Five, Fox and Channel 4.

Simon's credits include; Distraction (Channel 4), They Think its All Over (BBC1) and The Morning After Show (Channel 4). Prior to joining TalkbackTHAMES in 2003, Simon worked as a producer in BBC light entertainment and was a long-running producer on V Graham Norton at So Television.>br>
Steph's credits include; How Clean Is Your House?, The Sex Inspectors and Honey I Ruined The House. Prior to joining TalkbackTHAMES in 2003, Steph worked at the BBC and in the independent sector.
