Mark Rogers |
Group Director of Legal and Business Affairs
Mark joined RDF from Channel 4 Business Affairs in October 2003.
Prior to Channel 4 he qualified as a solicitor with Olswangs and then worked
for Butterworths Publishing. Mark is responsible for overseeing all aspects
of legal and business affairs for the RDF Media Group.

Jonny Slow |
Corporate Development Director
Jonny Slow joined RDF in September 2005 as Corporate Development
Director to oversee acquisitions and new investments. Prior to RDF Jonny spent
five years at Sand Aire Private Equity, a London based venture capital firm
that specialises in investing in small and medium sized UK companies. He is
a qualified chartered accountant.

Julie Hirsch |
Group Director of Human Resources
Julie joined RDF in January 2004 following a period of extended
maternity leave and freelance consultancy. Prior to that, she was the HR Vice
President in Europe for Turner Broadcasting. Before joining Turner, she worked
as an HR Manager at the BBC and TV-am. Julie is responsible for overseeing
Human Resources issues for the RDF Media Group.

Alice Robertson |
Group Head of Marketing and Publicity
Alice joined RDF Media Group in 2003 with responsibility for all press and marketing activities on both corporate, trade and programme specific levels across the seven content production companies and worldwide rights distribution businesses. Prior to this she worked in marketing & brand exploitation roles in the independent production sector and at Granada Wild.

Olivia Haddow |
Group Operations Executive
Olivia joined RDF in 2001. After working for several years as assistant to David Frank, CEO, and Stephen Lambert, formerly CCO, she now works closely with Joely Fether, Chief Operating Officer and has responsibility for operational areas, internal communication and events across the Group.

Debbie Manners |
Group Commercial Director
Debbie joined RDF as Group Commercial Director in 2006 from Flextech
Television where she was Director of Rights, overseeing all content related
business affairs and Minotaur, one of the UK’s largest distributors
of programming. Prior to this Debbie was Director of Rights and Business Affairs
for the BBC, responsible for the management of all content deals throughout
the BBC and the BBC archive.

Brian Watson | Group IT Director
Brian joined RDF in August 2001 from Endemol UK where he spent seven years as head of IT. Brian is responsible for overseeing technology strategies across the RDF Media Group.
