David Frank | Chief Executive
David founded RDF in 1993. Prior to this he was a journalist and a BBC business reporter. Before moving into the media industry, David worked in the City as an investment banker at Hill Samuel & Co and Swiss Bank Corporation International.

Jonny Slow
| Chief Financial Officer
Jonny Slow joined RDF in September 2005 as Corporate Development
Director to oversee acquisitions and new investments. Prior to RDF Jonny spent
five years at Sand Aire Private Equity, a London based venture capital firm
that specialises in investing in small and medium sized UK companies. He is
a qualified chartered accountant.

Joely Fether | Chief Operating Officer
Joely joined RDF in 1997 as head of production after working as a producer and production manager on numerous network series. In 2003, she became chief operating officer for the Group.

Richard Eyre | Non-Executive Chairman
Richard joined RDF as non-executive chairman in 2001 having held several chief executive positions in key media companies. In 2000 he became CEO at Pearson Television merging the business into RTL. Prior to this, Richard was chief executive of ITV from 1997 and Capital Radio from 1991, following sixteen years in advertising.

Tim Weller | Non-Executive Director
Tim joined RDF in 2005 as a non-executive director. Tim is the founder and chief executive of Incisive Media plc which he founded in 1994 and successfully floated in December 2000. Prior to this, Tim was managing director of Reuters Publishing and a director of Centaur Publishing from 1989 to 1994. He started his media career in 1982 at VNU business publications.

Maggie Carver | Non-Executive Director
Maggie’s previous roles include managing director of 3on4 Limited and chairman of SDN Limited. Maggie has also been involved in the setting up of Meridian Television, the acquisition and integration of Anglia Television for MAI plc and more recently as a non-exceutive board member of Channel Five Television Group Limited.
